Anxiety and stress are interrelated.

When it is triggered it can be overwhelming and you can have difficulty letting it go.

Calming the mind through meditation and mindfulness has an effect of calming the body as well. My technique calms the Vagus nerve which regulates physiological stress reactions.  When we start to apply the technique we are re-creating new neuro-pathways which over time will reduce these automatic reactions.  And not letting the overwhelm of emails, texts and the 'to do' get in our way.  Not allowing the day to control you but giving you back the control
