As we get older we are presented with a huge amount of change.  The adaption can be challenging.  Accepting and processing these changes be they physical health, loss of independence or incapacity, or loss of a loved one can be significantly helped with mediation/mindfulness. The attention and methods adopted for these issues are specialised and give consideration to the individual needs.

Stress reduction improves our cognitive fitness far beyond just memory, it is also crucial to maintaining good health.

I have designed a program specifically for this period of life.
